Water: Located on a 75-ha special term lease at the southwest corner of The Twelve Mile is an artesian share bore. (License Number 02975Q) The bore (drilled 1911) is on a high ridge and is equipped with a solar powered submersible pump which fills a large as new rhino supply tank approx. 275,284 lts. Three 90 mm outlets give equal water to the immediate neighbor's. A 63 mm poly pipeline delivers stock water to 6 x 5,000-gallon poly tanks and 8 cement troughs. There is opportunity to gravity feed the bore water on to the hut paddock. There are several earth dams of which four were dug new approximately twenty years ago.

Country: Mostly flat to gently undulating red Mulga country with areas of semi open water course country. Mix of native grasses with some scattered Buffel on the eastern side.  The Mulga country is a mix of remnant tall mulga with areas of regrowth mulga strip pulled in past dry times.  The water course country drains into One Bobby Creek and Little Billy creek systems that run through the northeastern side of the property. Scattered Popular Box, Sandalwood are mainly found on this country.
